Therole:

Wehave an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our Barstaff and join our professional team on a full time basis.

Come to work every day and enjoyworking in a beautiful, renowned restaurant overlooking the pristine bluewater.

With an extensive wine list andexcellent cocktail list we are open 7 days for lunch and dinner with a seatingcapacity of 120 and you will be required to work on weekends.

Skillsand experience:

Ideally, you are a proficientindividual with a passion forcustomer service. You must possess thefollowing skills to be considered for the role:

· Full Australian working rights (this is a long term position,requiring unrestricted Australian working rights)

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar

· Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant

· Love working in a team

· Excellent presentation skills
